Welcome to my Digital Garden, my permanently incomplete and ever-expanding archive of my understanding of the world.
Pages here are living documents, permanent works in progress, always evolving and ever changing. They are drafts, messy, unfinished, incomplete or experiments. They grow and change over time.
Thoughts here will have tons of context omitted, which can make it hard to see the full picture or what I believe without being in my mind. This is a complement to my mind, not the integrity of it.
Don’t take anything you encounter here too seriously, no idea is fixed or beyond questioning, and most of it is not even decided upon.
WHY??
I tend to dive down rabbit holes a lot, and given the cost of context switching and memory deteriorating over time, sometimes the state I build up in my mind gets lost between the chances I get to dive in. These ‘linkdump’ posts are an attempt to collate at least some of that state in a way that I can hopefully restore to my brain at a later point.
Also, I find huge learning benefits, in “reporting” my steps during an exercise, as it forces me to justify my understanding rather then glaze over details.
